If you order something that is out of stock, we will notify you. If you wish to back order the item we will refund your shipping cost, or if you wish we will refund your money. Orders placed by phone or mail, we accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or checks. Shipping: Generally orders are shipped by the next day, either by UPS or the Post Office Priority Mail. International Orders - Orders outside of the united States are subject to additional shipping charges. We will send you an e-mail notifying you of the additional charges. If it is acceptable we will send you an e-bill for the additional charges, once it has been received the order will ship. If the additional charge is not acceptable we will refund your money. Please understand you may also be charged tax or duties from you country.
We have been in the Chair Caning repair business for over twenty five years. We are a family owned business. We keep a fair size stock of most chair cane supplies, but due to shelf life of chair cane we occasionally run out. We wish to be your first source for chair caning supplies.
