Our Guarantee: We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. You must be satisfied with our chair caning supplies or we will refund your money or exchange the product. If you order something that is out of stock, we will notify you. If you wish to back order the item let us know, or we will refund your money. Payment: Orders placed on the web-site are handled through PayPal. You may pay by Virtual Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Debit Cards.
Shipping: Generally orders are shipped by the next day, either by UPS or the Post Office Priority Mail. We ship world wide. International orders—If you live outside the United States additional shipping charges will be due. We will e-mail to let you know the additional charges. If it is acceptable we will send you an e-bill, if not we will refund your original purchase price. Upon receipt of the additional charges we will ship your package. Please understand your country may charge taxes or duties on the items being shipped to you.
We have been in the Chair Caning repair business for over twenty five years. We are a family owned business. We keep a fair size stock of most chair cane supplies, but due to shelf life of chair cane we occasionally run out. We wish to be your first source for chair caning supplies.
