Cotton Batting
Cotton batting is extremely durable when used as a dense padding layer. The dense web of fibers also prevents premature wear of other comfort layers resulting in a product that brings value to the consumer because of its resiliency and reliability. Cotton batting's comfort is legendary. As an insulator, it provides a dense, even layer of padding and allows the spring unit to conform to the body, thus assuring that consumers don't feel the coils. In addition, the thermophysical properties of cotton prevent the unpleasant build-up of body heat, helping to further assure the consumer of a comfortable seating environment.
Our cotton batting is 24oz by 27in wide and weigh approximatley 13lbs. Each roll is approximatley 22ft long.
Cotton Batting or cotton felt principal use is a protective layer between or hair and muslin. Cotton batting has a smoorth soft surface and tends to deaden any noise from first stuffings.
